Hospitality
SEQUENCED TO OPENING DATES01 · BriefA hotel floor is not furniture — it is a schedule. Rooms, corridors, joinery and soft furnishing from multiple suppliers drift in color and arrive out of sequence. The buyer needed one contract against a fixed opening date.
02 · ProcessDrawings became our engineering documents. Every batch toned against approved samples under daylight lamps; the floor pre-assembled in workshop, joint-checked, numbered and photographed; production sequenced backward from the opening date.
03 · OutcomeDelivered to the opening date with zero delay; site crew installed by numbered maps. One accountable partner for millwork, furniture and soft furnishing — one color story across every category.

Private Residence
WHOLE-HOUSE, ONE PARTNER01 · BriefWhole-house millwork and furniture, with the owner signing once. The risk they came to us with: split suppliers mean split blame when colors drift and joints misalign.
02 · ProcessOne workshop built every category — fixed millwork, movable furniture, metal and stone — so veneer, finish and tone were controlled under one roof, against one approved set of samples.
03 · OutcomeThe owner signed once; we answered for everything. One color story from entry hall to dining room, delivered and installed as a single coordinated package.

Commercial
BUILT AS A SYSTEM01 · BriefOffices, clubs and retail programs where panels, doors and storage must assemble on site as a system — feature walls with metal and stone inlays, curves no standard machine yields to.
02 · ProcessPre-assembly joinery: the system stood up inside our workshop before packing — connections tested, mating surfaces numbered, the whole run photographed for the site team.
03 · OutcomeOne team, one timeline, one standard. Installers work from numbered maps instead of on-site improvisation — flush lines on the first attempt.
